These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and zk22. Please read the full document carefully before accessing the platform. If any part is unclear, please contact our support team.

Each individual may hold only one account on zk22. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If detected, both accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false details or concealing your identity is a violation of these Terms. During verification, you may be asked to submit a government-issued ID or other supporting documents.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to us immediately
• You must update your registered information whenever it changes
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited

The zk22 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is entirely prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. zk22 takes a firm and uncompromising position on the protection of minors.

Deposits and withdrawals on zk22 can be made via mobile banking, digital wallets, and bank transfers. All financial transactions are fully encrypted and secure. Deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes to 24 hours of your request. However, pending KYC verification or additional security checks may extend this timeframe.

• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Payments from third parties are not accepted
• zk22 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious transactions for verification
• Accounts may be suspended if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected
• The same payment method may be required for both deposits and withdrawals

Zk22 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you agree to its specific conditions.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met. zk22 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and all associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

• Every bonus has a set expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from free spin bonuses
• zk22 reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus misuse

All game outcomes on zk22 are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Manipulation or rigging of any game result is entirely impossible. Third-party auditors regularly review our systems to ensure complete fairness.

Any player found using software bugs, bots, automation tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage will have their account permanently closed.

• The use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited
